Filtering recurrent samples in TCGA-OV datasets
Hi everyone.
I was looking for recurrent samples in TCGA-OV datasets, but I couldn't find any samples with recurrence information. (All samples were described as "not reported".) However, I've read so many papers obtained recurrence information from TCGA-OV datasets. I wonder how so many papers could do that?
If there's any methods to download recurrence information of TCGA-OV datasets, please let me know.
