Guilty By Association method for lncRNAs
Hi all,
I've been reading up on a method called "guilty by association" as a means to figure out whether a differentially expressed lncRNA co-expresses with a differentially expressed protein coding mRNA. From that inferences about the function of the lncRNA are made. Does anyone know how to do this method? I can't seem to find a step-by-step explanation anywhere.
