greetings, I'm working with BAC sequences from filamentou fungi.

We selected and sequenced BACs using primers based on CAZYme genes. In the QC the amplicon were specific and with the expected size. Now I'm trying reverse the approach and figure which primer were used to select each genomic region. My question is there a way to link the primer to the genomic region using only the primer sequence?
