Need an original PacBio SMRT Sequel fastq file from 2020

I need an original PacBio SMRT Sequel output (not HiFi!) file in FASTQ or BAM format from around 2019-2020 for comparison and testing. E.g. header format, quality scores. I cannot use SRA for this, because the read ids are changed and submissions from this time do not offer the original upload file for download (I think). Thanks for your help.

Noticed:

  • PAcBio data comes in bam format normally
  • Read ids should not be empty (?) but contain the ZMW id

I think you can get the raw raw FASTQs on SRA (see bottom of page orange banner):

You just have to use (or maybe pay for?) Cloud Data Delivery via AWS or GCS
