Modifying an ADMIXTURE plot

Hi all,

I've been able to successfully run admixture and plot it using pong. I have arranged the populations as I would like, but would like to remove smaller populations completely. I've made a new file that removes all undesired small populations, but I repeatedly get this: error: individual population file assignment contains more than 1 column of data

I have confirmed that file is a single column file.

My question is, is there a way to remove populations? Or do I have to rerun admixture?
