I am now reproducing analyses from a paper that uses the evolutionary coupling score from EVmutation (https://marks.hms.harvard.edu/evmutation/index.html) for learning purpose.

The authors wrote BRCA1 L152's evolutionary coupling score on average is 0.0000818 (more detail in https://github.com/FowlerLab/Envision2017/blob/master/data/dmsTraining_2017-02-20.csv). From the EVmutation website, I didnt find the data that include the BRCA1 L152 position.

Could somebody tell me how did they get the score of L152?
