biosynthesis gene clusters comparison
Hi all,
I am trying to find a pipeline to compare one compound (fengycine) biosynthesis gene cluster, among several bacterial genomes.
Is there any clear platform that can use to perform this task?
I tried Antismash database, however, this database doesn't contain all BACILLUS GENOMES.
