How to download Affymetrix SNP 6.0 level 1 data from TCGA?

I tried to download original Affymetrix SNP 6.0 data for use in "HAPSEG" and "ABSOULUTE". However, after setting the platform as "Affymetrix SNP 6.0," only ".txt" level 3 data were left on TCGA. I do find a paper claiming that they used "level 1 Affymetrix SNP 6.0 array data generated by the TCGA research network"(10.1093/bib/bby096). I can apply for controlled access data, but I don't know how to apply for the data not displayed on TCGA. Can anyone tell me are those data removed from TCGA project enter image description here ?
