Advanced search for the sequences on NCBI website

Hi there!

I'm looking only for the records of nuclear loci for a certain plant species within Nucleotide database on the NCBI website.Options to select either chloroplast or mitochondrion or plastid are available. I'm wondering, if it's would be possible to easily select only nuclear loci on the website as well?

Many thanks,

Denis

You can build a query to exclude the genetic compartments such as chloroplast, mitochondrion, and plastid. "viridiplantae"[Organism] NOT "plasmid"[Filter] NOT "plastid"[Filter] NOT "mitochondrion"[Filter]

Thank you so much! That's exactly what i was looking for.
