Download all CNV deletions at specified chromosomal locus
I would like to compile a list of all CNV deletions within a specified genomic locus. I'm currently attempting this with Variation Viewer, part of NCBI ClinVar tool. I'm able to obtain all CNVs within region of interest, but if they are CNV deletions or gains is not available for download.
Perhaps there is another website, database or method to obtain the information I'm looking for?
