I'm looking for a complete list of genomic positions for codis markers. I find a lot of resources online about the genomic region ( i.e., https://strbase.nist.gov/fbicore.htm ), but the genomic coordinates is often missing from the description of each variant ( https://strbase.nist.gov/str_D1S1656.htm ), or even the reference genome is not specified. I'm trying to compile a list of exact genomic coordinates of repeats for STR variant calling in both hg19 and hg38. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
