Plotting Isoform Abundance

Hello,

Does anybody know of a quick and easy way to plot isoform abundance for given genes? I've used Salmon to quantify expression across my samples.

What I'd like to do is to use that data to look at how isoform expression varies from sample to sample - not necessarily DE, just relative abundance.

isoform salmon rna-seq

Please provide any example data that are easy to parse. Are you familiar with R or Python?

I'm familiar with both languages, but new to bioinoformatics.
