Hi Guys,
I computed variants for a single sample using GATK mutetct2 module and got a VCF file like this:
chr1 861368 CG C GT:AD:AF:DP 0/1:11,3:0.249:14
I wonder how the allele frequency is calculated in a single sample VCF. Can anyone please explain ?
