How to detect novel miRNA using mireap
I have been using mireap to detect novel miRNA. The command ran successfully and provided an output folder, but in that folder except mireap-xxx.log file the other two files (mireap-xxx.gff and mireap-xxx.aln) are empty. Kindly provide your valuable suggestion on how can I overcome this issue and detect novel mirna using mireap?
