Where to find Structural variant database dgvMerged for ANNOVAR?

I would like to perform region based annotation of Manta structural variant calls. According to ANNOVAR manual i should download dgvMerged, which i can't find on their list of databases. What is the solution?

You can just go to the wep-page containing links to all databases: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg38/database/
