fastp ERROR: igzip: encountered while decompressing file:
Hello,
I have a few fastq.gz files that are returning this error ERROR: igzip: encountered while decompressing file: /path/to/file when using fastp.
Not all of them are causing an error, I have had a google but can't find a solution to this problem.
Any ideas? Thanks! Amy
