Exomiser not returning any output
Hi everyone,
I am trying to run Exomiser on my VCF files but I keep getting empty output files. If I try the test Pfeiffer.vcf file, I get results from Exomiser. verified the path to data and also used the correct HPO values. The image below has the output I am getting in the terminal. Has anyone ever encountered this? or what am I missing?
