Tool: NCBI IgBLAST release 1.19.0 for immunoglobulin and T cell receptor variable domain sequences now available
IgBLAST analyses nucleotide and protein immunoglobulin and T cell receptor variable domain sequences to find matches to the germline V, D, J and C genes, details at rearrangement junctions, the delineation of IG V domain framework regions, and complementarity determining regions. Get the latest release, which now handles an unrearranged J gene downstream of the VDJ rearrangement.

Thanks! What's this about unrearranged J genes? (Is that something that occurs some fraction of the time during recombination? I haven't heard of that before.)
