I wanted to perform a rankprod analysis for a control samples only of one cell line so while I was reading the manual I came across the one class data from which I vaguely understood that one class data is only one condition either it's control or treated

For gaining more knowledge I searched some articles but I can only find out about the two class so if anyone knows about any articles or any material that explores more on one class data Can you please share
