MERLIN haplotyping

Hi All,

I am trying to run haplotypes using Merlin and keep getting an error

"These markers couldn't be placed and won't be analysed"

I run pedstats and ped/dat files look fine

appreciate any suggestions, thanks!

hi, this error arises due to non matching markers with the map file you provide, the map file should contain the same marker name with the dat file with there cM positions.
