what is better to use in single cell
Hi Guys,
I would like to know which one of these data would be best to look at Droplet or FACS? what are the differences and what could go wrong with each of these? any idea?

This post does not fit the theme of this forum. I guess you mean Drop-seq, but the question is not suitable for this forum in its current state, it is too unspecific and broad and lacking context. Like asking the question "what is better, a car or a tractor" in a motor cycle forum.
In fact, your question doesn't mention any algorithm at all. It refers to two wet lab technologies that can be used to interrogate single-cells. Both come with their pros and cons, of course. Your question is so broad that it indicates that you need to read up on some details first. Some starting points can be Ziegenhain et al, Svensson et al. (2017), Alridge & Teichman, Valhirach et al..
