Hi,

I have been extracting sample for gene expression assay from yeast, but have a question that how do I ensure samples I am collecting at 48 hr. culture time, by then culture is probably saturated. how do i ensure that sample used for extraction will have live(actively dividing cells only)?Is there a procedure to segregate it in yeast?
