Ensemlbacteria ftp file download
I was wondering which file would be suitable to use or I would download from ensemblbacteria, as there are a bunch of options. The options available are: 1.dna.nonchromosomal
- dna.toplevel
- dna_rm.nonchromosomal 4.dna_rm.toplevel 5.dna_sm.nonchromosomal 6.dna_sm.toplevel I am planning to use hisat2 for the mapping. Would you please guide me. Thanks
