what is Approximately Unbiased (AU) test?
When I compare some topologies, such as gene tree and species tree. I learned that the AU test can be used. But i don't know how to Interpret the results. Is the meaning of the p-value the same as the meaning of the t-test. that is to say, If I test two phylogenetic trees with AU, if the p-value < 0.05, then the two trees are significantly different? I looked up some sources, but didn't find exact results. Can any experts give some advice?
