Dear All,

I am looking for a comprehensive dataset of RNA-binding proteins and their target genes. Ideally this would be pre-processed and entries mapped to some common ID (Uniprot, Ensembl etc). I am interested to have the most comprehensive coverage so predictions would be good enough (i.e. it doesn't have to be experimental data). It would be ideal if I could do bulk downloads and/or have API access.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the state-of-the-art dataset?
