Finding orthologs genes in different organism and check for the mutation position
Hi,
I am having a set of human genes ~300 genes (gene name and Ensembl ids) with mutation information. Now I wanna find the homologs of these genes in C.elegans and check whether the mutation position is aligned with human gene sequence. Is there any way to proceed this? TIA
