finding overlapping go terms
I have three set of excel files related to some disorder , with the below columns and i am supposed to find overlapping go terms and then analyse how the go terms overlapped is causing the disorder
GO name; Universe set;No. of genes; No. of input genes;No. of overlapping genes ;p-value;Gene IDs;
I got almost 700 go terms as overlapping terms.How do i proceed further for analyzing something
