News: API for accessing SARS-COV-2 genomic data

Scripps Research and GISAID have released an R package that provides access to all genomic data on outbreak.info. This includes SARS-CoV-2 variant prevalence data for over 10 million sequences calculated using the Bjorn package using data provided by GISAID. The Getting Started guide is found here: https://outbreak-info.github.io/R-outbreak-info/
