Transcriptomics nrichment analysis of M. acuminata comparing gene IDs with model plant organisms
Hello, I am trying to perform an enrichment analysis of Musa acuminata with gene IDs and its corresponding sequences. As banana is not a model organism, there is not a lot of information. What I am trying to do is retrieve the homologous from the banana gene IDs of model organisms to then use AgriGo and GeneFam. Do you have any recommendations on how to do it? would having different organisms in my new gene ID list will make difficult the following tasks?
