Error finding variable features in Seurat
Hello everyone!
I am trying to find variable genes in Seurat object, however, got this error.
Error in S < FindVariableFeatures(S, selection.method = "vst", nfeatures = 2000) :
comparison (3) is possible only for atomic and list types
Can you please explain the possible reason.
