Can ART reads generator create NextSeq 550 synthetic reads?
I want to use the ART read generator to create synthetic amplicon reads. I want to model the NextSeq 550 system, 150bp long reads. I see that ART can use a -ss profile for NS50 - NextSeq500 v2 (75bp)
Would this be comparable to the NextSeq 550 and is there an issue if I use -l 150 to get 150bp reads?
