Benchmark dataset of low confidence variants
we have the existing of High-confidence dataset like : Genome in a Bottle benchmarks ( giab) , syndip .. for use in benchmarking and validating variant calling pipelines.
My question : Is there any dataset for Low-Confidence variants ( VCF file for example ) ? in other words, if i found a variant, i can tell that it's not a real variant because it's present in this dataset of low confidence variants.
I don't know if my question make any sens.
