Old Funcotator data sources
I've been working with the GATK pipeline using tumor/normal data and saw the endpoint is annotating with Funcotator. There is apparently a package you can download with all of the annotation resources bundled but it is for hg38. I am still using hg19 however and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get that bundle as GATK does not appear to still officially host it.
