Tea Pipeline For Hg19

Hi all,

There is interest in our group for running the Tea pipeline on our cancer dataset

http://compbio.med.harvard.edu/Tea/

The package download seems to be setup for hg18, but our dataset was aligned to hg19. Has anyone tried running the pipeline on hg19 data? If so, could I get some pointers about how to modify the resources that the package comes bundled with.
