Dear informatic colleagues,

I wonder if there is a way to create such a view on IGV: The view was created by WashU epigenome browser. Briefly, this view combines the bed format and the bedgraph format. It allows a "name" for each data block (bed function) and also a height for each data block (bedgraph function). It also allows different colors for different categories, but that's not very important to me. I would be really happy if such a track type is available on IGV as well!!
