I have a list of FASTA sequences and would like to use as input for Weblogo3. On what basis do i need to make the list of sequences with the same length?

On what basis do i need to make the list of sequences with the same length?
because it is litteraly specified in the manual. http://weblogo.threeplusone.com/manual.html
All sequences must be the same length, else WebLogo will return an error and report the first sequence that differed in length from previous sequences.
