GDCdownload properties, path problem
After I downloaded TCGA-UVM data, I needed also TCGA LUAD and LUSC datas to be downloaded. But when I used the same code all of the data is going to be downloaded on desktop. How can I fix this situation?
Why doesn't a new file open as TCGA-LUAD under GDCdata but goes to the desktop? I'm very confused why directory="GDCdata" doesn't work.
