How to download or get .bed file of hs37d5.fa reference genome

Excuse me, how to download/get the hs37d5 version of the reference genome's annotation file,? I only discovered the .fa file in the EBI database(ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/technical/reference/phase2_reference_assembly_sequence), did not find the BED format file.
