How to get the reference panel for UKBB
Hi,
I am new to GWAS and I am looking for UKBB reference genome to clump my GWAS summary statistics. As far as I know we can get an equivalent data for 1000 genomes via https://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data_collections/. Is there a way to find and download an equivalent file for UKBB?
