Convert Mascot mztab file format to XML
Hi All,
I would like to convert MASCOT mztab file to XML format. I have been looking for converters and I came across PRIDE Converter but this is no longer available for download from here https://github.com/PRIDE-Toolsuite/pride-converter-2.
Could someone please suggest alternate converters, if available?

It is no longer under active development but is still available to download and should work for your purpose.
Hi GenoMax , thank you for the reply. I clicked on the Download icon in the quick download section of the README here https://github.com/PRIDE-Toolsuite/pride-converter-2.
After clicking the Download icon I get a message "404 Not Found". Could you please check?
Go to the green
Codebutton on the GitHub page and click on it. There you will find an option to "download zip" file. I tried it and that seems to work.GenoMax Thank you. I could download the repository. But, I am not sure where to find the GUI. Could you please help? I am not able to find the jar file.
