Network visualization

Hi everyone. I want to visualize a network in three-dimensional space, and I found that the 3dscapecs plugin in Cytoscape might be a good option, but I'm not sure how to install it. Can anyone walk me through the installation process or recommend any other tools I could use for my perpous? Thank you very much.

I think 3Dscapecs is outdated and not available anymore for the current Cytoscape release. You can try Cy3D instead (https://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/cy3d), which you can easily install through the App Manager in Cytoscape.
