Visualize an individual gene level against a continuous variable and fit the line
I ran DESeq2 for a continuous variable (fat content) and several genes made it through multiple testing correction. I would like to plot an individual significant gene against the covariate but I am not sure how to fit the line that DESeq2 used for the model. Can I use any in-built function or is there any other way ? Besides, should I use vsd normalized values for plotting?
