Re-clustering of cell population in scRNA seq

Hello,

I have finished with clustering using Louvain from my 10X scRNA seq, and I have 3 cell populations for neuroblasts that I would like to explore more.I just wanted to ask, what is the best way to re-cluster cell populations? Are there any packages with Bioconductor?
