Frameshift mutations nomenclature
Hello,
I wanted to say that I was looking for a frameshift mutation but different databases is giving me different format of the same mutations e.g. CGI is saying K2797X ANNOVAR is saying :p.K2797Rfs25 while COSMIC has given me :p.K2797Rfs26
Now I am confused between last 2 ones. Which one is correct? I googled them but didn't get the answer.
