Unsure why HLA imputation job rejected from Michigan Imputation Server

I have submitted a chr6 .vcf file to impute HLA genotypes in the cohort of samples I have working with. I received this QC report:

I've emailed several people working on the server but I didn't recieve a reply.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell why this job has failed the QC and been rejected?
