Hello,

I am trying to associate a set of enhancer sequences with the genes that they might be regulating in a non model organism and am looking for a tool were I can upload my own assembly and ask this question. I am struggling to find a tool capable of accomplishing this and would love to know if there is one out there or if anyone has experience accomplishing this. Any input is appreciated!
