Hi, I am using macbook pro m1 and I need to install igv viewer but I wonder if it is core dependent software, should I install it to my hpc ?

IGV is more memory dependent than core dependent but realistically it should be fine on your macbook

what do you mean ? IGV is a standalone program and as a java program, should work on any platform.
