Alternatives to ExpansionHunter?

Hello!

My supervisor is requesting STR expansion analysis on our NGS data. I've looked into ExpansionHunter, developed by Illumina, but it only works, allegedly, on PCR-free sequencing methods, which we haven't used at all apparently.

Are there alternatives that do not require PCR-free sequencing methods?
