how to add more filter option on the gene ontology(GO) annotation
Hi Friends,
Based on the GO, I am doing some annotations for my own data analysis. I was looking for genes that code for receptor proteins. To do that, I went to the following website. http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/search/annotation
There are many Filter options on the left side of the page. By using the GO class(direct) I would like to filter genes with protein binding function, part of membrane, GTPase activity, cell-cell interaction, etc. My question is therefore, how do I use multiple filters on the GO class(direct) section in order to filter genes?
