geneontology.org GO annotations no longer present
Hey all,
Two months go I went to http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/search/annotation and downloaded nearly 17222 GO annotations corresponding to the organism Tetrahymena thermophila SB210. Now I can no longer find them, there are a total of 54.
Any ideas?

Could you maybe have used amigo2?

has 17,511 GO terms for T. thermophila
